Remanufacturing Process

We take late model (usually 3-4 Years old) cars and completely disassemble them.
All chassis are thoroughly inspected to ensure that they contain no hidden damage.  Any defects are corrected before continuing.
The chassis and related parts are thoroughly cleaned, degreased and acid washed to bring the aluminum back to a shiny new look.
The chassis are then ready to start re-assembly.  The brakes and motors are replaced with brand new components.
The electrical system is thoroughly checked for any problems and repaired as necessary.  All cars receive new solenoids and the necessary wiring circuit is installed.
A new body and all related components are installed.  We use only brand new body components.  Our car bodies are not painted.
The batteries we use are the same as the factory.  The Trojan T-875 battery is manufactured strictly for use in electric vehicles.
All accessories are new and installed per order specifications.
The car is road tested and any adjustments are made to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
Final detail includes a polish and the installing of special  pin striping and/or names that were ordered with the car.
A final Quality Control inspection is performed to assure that it complies to the requirements as indicated on the order.
